The following changes have been made in the main client of Serviceware Knowledge:

Integration of Knowledge with the central Serviceware user management: With the integration of Knowledge into the central Servicewareuser administration, it will be possible to easily manage users across all Servicewaremodules used in the future. In addition to single sign-on (SSO) and identity management, the associated Keycloak connection also enables the use of new Knowledge features, such as the new file management and Knowledge Basic Reporting). As a Knowledge customer, you can continue to use the familiar user and group administration in Knowledge itself, as synchronization with the new central user administration is guaranteed.; With this release, the new user administration is already in use for new Knowledge customers. Our existing customers are contacted in stages to plan migrations. Each migration is of course announced well in advance and supported step by step by our support team to ensure a smooth upgrade.

The following changes have been made in the main client of Serviceware Knowledge:

Switch between the approval tabs:: Switching between the tabs for sharing My approvals, For approval and Rejected is now possible again without manually refreshing the page.
Sorting categories in tree editing: Categories can be sorted in descending and ascending order.
