Which data are processed?

Access data

When you visit our website, personal data is processed in order to be able to display the contents of the website on your device.

In order for the webpages to be displayed in your browser, the IP address of the device you are using must be processed. In addition, further information about the browser of your mobile device are processed.

We are also obliged under data protection law to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed with our IT systems.

For this purpose and out of this interest, the following data are recorded on the basis of a balance of interests:

  • IP address of the calling computer (for a maximum of 7 days)

  • Operating system of the calling computer

  • Browser version of the calling computer

  • Name of the retrieved file

  • Date and time of retrieval

  • Volume of data transferred

  • Referring URL

The IP address will be deleted from all systems used in connection with the operation of these websites after 7 days at the latest. We will then no longer be able to establish a personal reference from the remaining data.

The data is also used to detect and correct errors on the website.

Contact forms

We offer contact forms on our website where you can request information about our products or services or contact us in general. The data required by you for us to answer an enquiry has been marked as mandatory. Information on other data fields is voluntary.

We need this information to process your enquiry, to contact you correctly and to send you an answer. The data processing is performed with concrete enquiries for the fulfilment of a contract and/or the contract initiation. General enquiries are processed on the basis of a balance of interests.

Enquiries received via the contact forms on our website will be processed electronically in order to answer your enquiry. In this context, other persons or departments and Third Parties may also become aware of the content on the form that you have sent.

The transmission of data on the contact forms via the Internet is performed with encrypted connections.


You can also subscribe to an e-mail newsletter on our website. In addition to the voluntary information in the respective form, we only process your e-mail address. However, this address is also absolutely necessary in order to be able to send you the newsletter.

Purposes of processing personal data

We process the aforementioned data for the operation of our website and for the fulfilment of contractual obligations towards our customers or for the protection of our legitimate interests.

For enquiries from you outside of an active customer relationship, we process the data for sales and advertising purposes. You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time.

Voluntary provision of personal details
