By installing this browser extension, you can bring your know-how from Serviceware Knowledge into any web application that works in the browser – without any IT or development effort. While you work in your familiar applications, the SABIO Integrator analyzes relevant data in the background. The setup stems from freely selected criteria. Search results are automatically searched for and provided dynamically in the respective context of the application. Efficiency of a new era.

Which requirements must be met in order to use the SABIO Integrator?
To use the Integrator, you need an existing Serviceware Knowledge (SABIO) system, your access data and your order to activate the contracted licenses must be available to us. The SABIO Integrator is a browser plugin. The use of the integrator is currently supported by the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. Planning for the Firefox browser is underway.

Can I unlock only a portion of my licenses?
The SABIO Integrator is a product extension that can only be activated for all existing licenses.

How can I get the Integrator?
To place an order, please contact us via service@sabio.de. After the order is placed, we will activate all licenses.

In which languages is the SABIO Integrator available?
The SABIO Integrator is available in English and German.

For which browsers is the Integrator available?*
The integrator is currently available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Planning for the Firefox browser is underway.

Where can I download the Integrator?
The integrator can be downloaded directly from the Chrome Web Store or the Microsoft Edge Extension Store. You can find the browser plugin under the search term "SABIO Integrator". Please perform the installation directly in the Chrome or in the Edge browser, respectively.

What do I have to consider when installing the SABIO Integrator?
To use the integrator, we recommend the following steps:

  • Make sure that either the Google Chrome or the Edge browser is already installed.
  • Install the browser plugin from the Chrome Web Store or the Microsoft Edge Extension Store.
  • Request the integrator activation via service@sabio.de. Our SABIO team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
  • For the registration you need your SABIO user data and the domain name of the SABIO system.

2. Via web app integration into standard web-based systems
